== cmdaemon ==

* OpenStack: disabling DHCP on external network by default on newly created subnets for flat external networks
* OpenStack: increased the allowed size of section names, keys, and values, used for ini config file customizations
* OpenStack: CMDaemon now uses domainUUID rather than domain name, when authenticating against keystone
* Fixed: SOL kernel parameters not added to PXE boot configuration file
* Fixed: an issue with LDAP replication not working on HA Centos7/SLES12. To apply the fix, upgrade first the active head node, followed by an upgrade of the passive head node
* Fixed: an issue with updating OpenStack subnet allocation pools and port IPs
