* Fixed sorting and name duplication issue in the internal library call BracketParser::collapseSyntax, which, in turn, also resolves the same issues when BCM generates slurm.conf
* Fixed an issue in lite-daemon that can lead to the process taking too much memory
* Added support for port forwarding rules in NetQ, NMX-M, and UFM settings that persist after cmd restart
